Ms. Faubion graduated from Pittsburg State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She earned her Master of Science degree in Community Counseling from Pittsburg State University in 2003.
Ms. Faubion is a member of the American Counseling Association and is nationally certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors.
Ms. Faubion joined Snider & Associates in 2003. Ms. Faubion has been extensively trained in the evaluation, assessment and treatment for drug and alcohol problems. Additionally, she is skilled in the treatment of gambling and sexual addictions. Ms. Faubion also specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, panic and bipolar disorders in adolescents, adults and geriatric patients. She provides individual, marital and family counseling. Ms. Faubion is a Level One trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist. EMDR is a treatment that allows the brain to heal itself and resolve emotional traumas. Traumas include but are not limited to childhood humiliations, rejection, feeling left out, sexual assaults, auto accidents and abuse.
